Relief IQ provides a structured workflow platform to help organizations support individuals navigating student debt relief processes. The Service includes guided intake workflows, document collection tools, case management features, and administrative dashboards.

Relief IQ is a workflow and guidance platform — not a law firm, government agency, financial advisor, or loan servicer. The Service does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Results from using the platform are not guaranteed.

Users should consult with qualified legal or financial professionals for advice specific to their situation. Relief IQ provides structural guidance only.

4. Organizational Accounts

Relief IQ is primarily a B2B platform. Organizations ("Customers") access the Service under a separate agreement. If you are accessing the Service through your employer, union, or other organization, your use is also subject to that organization's policies and the agreement between that organization and Relief IQ.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent security features or access controls
  • Not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Relief IQ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of documents and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Relief IQ a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded materials.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Relief IQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific relief outcome will result from using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relief IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
